Do you guarantee you will find my vehicle?
No. The market changes every week and nobody can guarantee a given vehicle, at a given price, on a given date. Our commitment is to search actively and present you vehicles until the right one shows up.
Can I see the vehicle before I pay?
Yes. For every vehicle presented, you receive the Carfax report, the mechanical inspection report and real photos. You can test-drive before signing.
How are you paid?
Like any licensed dealer, we earn a margin on the vehicle and on the financing, if you choose to contract it with us. The all-in final price is communicated to you before signing. Our permit is verifiable in the public OPC register (https://www.opc.gouv.qc.ca/consommateur/services/registre-commercants-recycleurs/).
Do you serve my area?
We search everywhere in Quebec and deliver in Greater Montreal and the Quebec City area. For other regions, call us: we confirm the timeline and fees before any agreement.
How long does it take?
It depends entirely on the availability of the vehicle you’re looking for. Common models come up at auction more often, so they turn up faster. A rare or highly specific vehicle takes longer. We don’t commit to a timeline — you receive proposals as they come up, and you decide when to move.
